Support for PCNs

We help Primary Care Networks develop their workforce

We support the development of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary workforce, as part of the new Primary Care Network (PCN) model. We are supporting PCNs by funding them to develop innovations that free up time, via NHS England's Time for Care programme.

North Kent Training Hub is supporting PCNs and practices to manage their workload, and adopt and spread innovations that free-up clinical time for care. PCNs are invited to apply for funding to free up the capacity to pursue improvement projects
